		<description>UPC is indeed boosting their subscriptions. It&#039;s amazing how much they offer for such a small price. When you combine this with a premium newsserver subscription you can really have a ball.

Also really great if you want to run a homeserver (need dynDNS though) because the upload speeds are really well too.</description>
